I am Ramchandra Patare studding in MCA 2nd Year in INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT.
Firstly I got the opportunity to attend lecture of Tejgyan in Teczeal 2008 the lecture
is about finding our strength by using quadrant analysis. We not only got knowledge but
also enjoyed the lecture very much. When I found that same sir from Tejgyan will be
going to teach soft skill paper of this semester I was very excited about the new thing
that will be taught as I expected I learned following things which are helpful in my
carrier and also in life to become good human being.1) To identify my strength and weakness so I can improve my strengths and overcome
weakness this can be used to improve my communication skills. I can identify the
quadrant of the person and can communicate effectively with him.2) Sir also taught us Do’s and Don’ts in Group Discussion. How to interrupt someone, how
to gather points on given topic this can be done by asking simple questions like how,
where, who, when. This will be very helpful in my placement.3) To increase our confidence and show how one can build world with nothing in his hand.
If he has knowledge and confidence in himself this is demonstrated by sir with the help
of movie “Pirates of Silicon Valley”.4) Sir also added in communication what to do like stop looking good, maintain same
thought and felling, how to catch match and dispatch.5) In written communication sir added points no repetition of words, short sentence,
subject should be mentioned, write in paragraph, avoid using I use we.6) In last lecture sir have show us movie “THE SECRET” which is based on well known book
The Secret and views of well-known authors about the “Law of Attraction”. If we think
about anything body emits waves and that thing get attract to us so we should think
positive.
